If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can make an online return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked. Please note that coffee beans, personalized product, Rebrew refurbished gear, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For all other products, they must be returned in original condition.

Purchased from Amazon or one of our retail partners and want to make a return/exchange?

At this time we can only process online returns and exchanges for products that were purchased directly from our website. If the product was purchased from Amazon or another Fellow authorized retailer, please reach out to their customer service teams directly.

  • What can be returned?

    If you’d like to return your Fellow product but do not have a warranty claim, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns within this time period can receive a refund or a Fellow gift card of equivalent value. 

    Products must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. 

    We offer return shipping via UPS for $15 for electric products and $5 for non-electric products purchased and delivered within the United States. If you opt to receive a Fellow gift card instead of a refund for your return, we’ll waive the return shipping fee! We cannot provide return labels for orders shipped outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    All refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

    Fellow gear in the above list is still covered by our warranty policy, so if you are experiencing a functional or cosmetic issue, please file a warranty claim.

  • Can I return a gift?

    If you received Fellow gear as a gift, congrats on having awesome friends! If you’d like to return it, we accept returns of gifts purchased on our website.

  • Can I make a return or exchange at a Fellow store?

    Yes, you can come to either one of our stores to return or exchange your product.

    To make a return or exchange for an order you purchased in store, simply return to the store with your product.

    To make a return or exchange for an order you purchased from our website (www.fellowproducts.com) follow the steps below.

    1. Submit your return or exchange request here.

    2. Make sure to select, Return to a Fellow store.

    3. Submit your request and bring your product into one of our storefronts.

  • How do I get a refund?

    Please start a return here.

    Refunds are issued after your returned item is received at our warehouse.  All refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

  • Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

    Yes, and we’ll waive the return shipping fees if you do! Submit a request here to get started.

  • How long will it take to get my refund or credit?

    It can take 10-14 days to process your return. Once our team has received your return to our warehouse and verified the contents, they will mark the return as received and you’ll get an email. As soon as the return is received, your refund or credit will be initiated. 

    Depending on your bank it may take up to 7 days to see your refund. 

    If you opted to receive store credit, it will be delivered via email.

  • How long will it take to get my exchange order?

    It can take 10-14 days to process your return. Once our team has received your return to our warehouse and verified the contents, they will mark the return as received and you’ll get an email. As soon as the return is received, your exchange order will be released. 

    As soon as your exchange order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • How do I file a warranty claim?

  • What time period does the warranty cover?

    Standard Warranty Period:

    1 year - Electric: Stagg EKG, Stagg EKG+, Corvo EKG, Ode Brew Grinder

    2 years - New Generation Electric: Stagg EKG Pro, Stagg EKG Pro Studio Edition, Corvo EKG Pro, Corvo EKG Pro Studio Edition, Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2, Tally Pro Precision Scale

    30 days- Non-Electric: Stovetop Kettles, Ceramics, Glassware, Travel Mugs, Coffee Storage, Brew Burrs, Drippers, French Press, and any other non-electric products.

    Warranty with Product Registration:

    2 years - Electric: Stagg EKG, Stagg EKG+, Corvo EKG, Ode Brew Grinder

    3 years - New Generation Electric: Stagg EKG Pro, Stagg EKG Pro Studio Edition, Corvo EKG Pro, Corvo EKG Pro Studio Edition, Ode Brew Grinder Gen 2, Tally Pro Precision Scale

  • How do I register my product?

    Electric products purchased and used in the United States are eligible for product registration. One of the perks of registering is a free additional year of coverage on our standard warranty, resulting in 2 years of coverage for most electric products, and 3 years of coverage for our new generation of electric products. You can register your product here.

    Please note non-electric products are not eligible for product registration at this time.

  • What does the warranty cover?

    Our warranty guarantees Fellow products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time, as outlined above. You can file a warranty claim here. Please note, in order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

    - You must be the original consumer.

    - You must have purchased the product through Fellow or Fellow authorized retailers.

    - You must have purchased and used the product in the United States, U.S. territories, or Canada.

    - You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.

    - You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

  • What does the warranty not cover?

    - Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

    - Normal wear and tear. 

    - Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.

    - Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.

    - Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.

    - Products used or purchased outside of the United States (and its territories) and Canada.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Thanks to our hard-working Operations team and partners, we process your order as soon as it is placed on fellowproducts.com, and thus we are unable to guarantee order cancellations. Please contact us and we will see what we can do. We think you’ll love your Fellow gear once it is in your hands! But if for some reason you don’t, you may return it to us in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
